Are you an organized, self-motivated individual that enjoys providing technical support and training on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)? As a Scheduler I, you’ll assist with field verification to ensure accuracy of information within the CMMS. What you will do:

Maximo Support and Administration:

  • Request Maximo access for new users.

  • Provide Maximo training to technical supervisors, planners, technicians, PLM, and other partners that utilize Maximo.

  • Support PLM and Operations Services groups for incorporation of their duties into Maximo.

  • Communicate Maximo technical issues to Operations Services and represent Region interests in Maximo review meetings.

Maximo Data Management:

  • Maintain Region’s preventative maintenance module in Maximo as identified by Enbridge technical committees (i.e. Maintenance Advisory Team (MAT), PLM Technical Committee, and Terminal Operations Committee).

  • Lead Regional crew set-up and PM assignment.

  • Collaborate with the Asset Information Management Analyst and Planners to integrate new project Maximo functional tags, PMs, and asset records into the existing system.

  • Provide support to optimize PM due dates to facilitate resource balancing and outage coordination.

  • Update asset records with attachments (i.e. motor and pump rebuild reports, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Planners to develop BOM (Bill of Materials) specifications in Maximo.

Weekly Scheduling:

  • Prioritize OPS maintenance work with stakeholder input.

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance, Operations, PLM, and planners to develop weekly routine schedules for the responsible areas.

  • Report Generation to include weekly PM completion reports, maintenance KPI reports, compliance reports, environmental reports, and Abnormal Operations reports.

Who You Are:

You have the following education & experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

  • Strong documentation skills.

  • Strong in Microsoft Word and Excel Programs.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Able to independently analyze problems and recommend solutions proactively.

Preferred:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience using computerized maintenance management system (Maximo, SQL database)

  • General knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and operations equipment in oil/gas industry.

  • Experience with scheduling software programs

Physical Requirements:

Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and connect with individuals via telephone.
